Hitler will go down in history as one of the worst and most ruthless figures of all time. He surpasses even some of the worst people of our time such as Mussolini, Stalin, Franco, and Saddam Hussein as a political figure, strategic planner and villain. The consequences of Hitler s works were so extent that they continue to affect the emotions, thoughts and activities of all mankind. The Nazi party led by Hitler had policies and beliefs that were horrible beyond imagination. Which begs the question how was Hitler able to convince over 70 million people to engage in horrible atrocities and start a war against the world? Three main factors were essential to making Hitlers dreams and ideology become a reality , propaganda, fear and his charismatic speeches. Propaganda was one of the largest contributors to Hitler being successful. The financial support of wealthy Communist fearing businessmen gave Hitler the money he needed to run his propaganda and election campaigns. Nazi propaganda w as used to convince the Germans to believe that the Jews were to blame for many of their hardships and that Hitler was their only hope. Hitler used propaganda that infiltrated every layer of the Germans life s. It was used in their training, home life, and everywhere throughout the media. The purpose of bombarding the Germans with propaganda was to ensure that there was no escape from Nazi message.
